1. General / 一般條款
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of BIOMAG® pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) devices (“Product”) in Hong Kong. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Product is intended for general wellness and supportive purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
本條款及細則適用於在香港購買及使用 BIOMAG® 脈衝電磁場（PEMF）裝置（「產品」）。當您下訂單，即表示您同意受本條款及細則約束。
本產品僅供一般健康及輔助用途，並不能取代專業醫療建議、診斷或治療。

3. Product Information, Training & Use / 產品資訊、培訓及使用
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the product information, instructions for use, and safety guidelines available at: https://www.biomag-medical.com You also acknowledge that you have understood proper product care, operation, and maintenance requirements, and have reviewed training materials and/or attended in-person training where applicable. The Product must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Orders, Payment & Acceptance / 訂單、付款及確認
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order is confirmed only upon full payment received.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
所有訂單均視乎供應情況及最終確認；
訂單須於全數付款後方為確認；
本公司保留拒絕或取消任何訂單的權利。
5. Shipping & Handling / 運送及處理
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is approximately two (2) weeks (business days).
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond control.
訂單將於確認付款後處理；
預計送貨時間約為兩（2）星期（工作天）；
實際送貨時間可能因不可控因素而有所延誤。
6. Returns & Exchanges / 退貨及更換
Returns are accepted only in the case of factory defects.
Claims must be reported promptly upon receipt.

7. Warranty / 保養
The Product includes a two (2) year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects under normal use.
產品提供兩（2）年原廠保養，適用於正常使用情況下的製造缺陷。
8. Repairs / 維修
Repairs may require return to the Czech Republic.
Customers bear all shipping costs (both directions).
Repair costs will be quoted after inspection and proceed upon payment.
維修可能需寄回捷克原廠；
客戶需承擔來回運費；
維修費用將於檢查後報價，並於付款後開始維修。
9. Limitation of Liability / 責任限制
The Product is intended for supportive wellness use only. The seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or outcomes resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.
本產品僅供健康輔助用途。本公司不對任何間接或衍生損失，或因不當使用或未遵從指示所引致的後果承擔責任。
10. Governing Law / 適用法律
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
